You are in control of whether we may use your information for marketing. We will only contact you if you have agreed it is o.k, or if you are an existing customer, we might use your information to tell you about other products and services that could interest you.

If you are a customer of AXA Partners, we may share information about other products and services that may be of interest to you or members of your family, based on other products and services which you have purchased or in which you have shown an interest. You can always request this to be stopped by contacting us using the details shown in your documentation and telling us you no longer wish to be contacted.

If you have expressed marketing preferences to a third-party partner of ours or another AXA entity, we may send you marketing communications about similar products or services, but only where your original consent allows this.

If you are not a customer, we may still ask for permission for marketing by AXA Partners, where required. We will respect your right to withhold or opt out of marketing if you choose to do so.

We may conduct marketing by mail, email, telephone or other electronic methods such as text message.

We may use pixels within our marketing emails to enable us to see whether the email was delivered and accessed to provide us with insights into the performance of our campaigns so we can provide you with more relevant content at optimum times.

If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing emails sent by us, you may do so at any time by following the unsubscribe link on an email or using our website where you have an account setup with us. Otherwise, you can always contact us using the details set out in your documentation or below to update your contact preferences.

If you do not consent to any of these marketing activities, you may still receive customer service communications and feedback requests/surveys from us, as appropriate to the product or service you have shown interest in. You can opt-out of receiving survey requests in a similar way to withdrawing consent to marketing.

Business to business marketing, that is commercial marketing, may rely on legitimate business purposes when contacting the organisation rather than marketing choices made by an individual.

Please note that we may retain any data provided to us on our websites for a limited period, even if you do not complete your quote. The information may be used to enquire as to why you did not complete your quote or for us to better understand your needs but only if you have agreed for us to contact you.
